I’m from Las Vegas, Nevada, and spent significant time in Incline Village, NV (Lake Tahoe), and Reno, Nevada. During high school I played football and competed in track & field, earning the AAA All-State Football Champions title and distinguishing myself as “AAA All State” in two skill positions. Driven by a passion for justice, I embarked on my legal career, earning my JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, in 2000. One of the most memorable experiences was receiving instruction in International Constitutional Law from the esteemed late US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia during a period at Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. Since obtaining my license to practice law in Nevada in October 2000, I have made significant strides in the legal arena. I co-founded Benson & Bingham in 2004, where I currently serve as the Founding Partner. In addition to my legal practice, I’m an active member of various professional associations, including the Nevada Justice Association (NJA), American Bar Association (ABA), and Clark County Bar Association. I’ve been recognized in “2022 Las Vegas Leading Lawyers” by Vegas magazine. I’ve had the opportunity to share insights on legal matters through appearances on NBC and ABC news and has been featured in the Las Vegas Review Journal for his newsworthy contributions.
