Section 10 of Maharashtra Village Panchayats And The Maharashtra Regional And Town Planning Act, 2014

In section 37A of the Regional and Town Planning Act,- (a) for the words "and religious functions", the words " , religious functions and public meetings" shall be substituted; (b) for the words and figures " in any case not exceeding 30 days in the aggregate, in a calendar year", the words "in any case not exceeding forty-five days in the aggregate, in a calendar year" shall be substituted; (c) the following proviso shall be added, namely :- " Provided that, temporary use of any plot of land, reserved, designated or allocated for the purpose of play-ground, for management of any disaster or emergency such as Helipad or other essential use, shall also not be deemed to be a change of user.".
