University Of Kota Act, 2012

Section 1

(1) This Act may be called the University of Kota (Amendment) Act, 2012. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 30th April, 2012.

Section 2

In sub-section (2) of section 11 of the University of Kota Act, 2003 (Act No. 14 of 2003), for the existing expression “sixty- two years”, the expression “seventy years” shall be substituted.

Section 3

(1) The University of Kota (Amendment) Ordinance, 2012 (Ordinance No. 3 of 2012) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
