Amendment of section 2.-In clause (d) of section 2 of the Kerala Fishermen Welfare Societies Act, 1980 (7 of 1981) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the word "Government", the words "Kerala State Co-operative Federation for Fisheries Development" shall be substituted.
