My path to practicing law is a story of transformation and redemption. I was a troubled youth marked by addiction and incarceration, My life changed after a judge saw potential in me and dismissed my felony charges involving a firearm in Atlanta. This act of mercy, coupled with good men and women in Mississippi, which I attribute to Divine intervention, ignited a passion within me to seek justice and fairness within the legal system, particularly for those struggling with addiction and poverty. I pursued a legal education at Ole Miss to advocate for those who, like me, have been marginalized by society. My journey reflects a commitment to change and making a difference, No Matter What the obstacles. I am now in Jupiter Florida. And I am pretty sure South Florida is a sunny place for shady people. I represent those suffering from substance use disorder in civil and criminal cases and provide advocacy for consumer fraud victims. Specifically, victims of student loan and solar panel fraud. I believe in the road less traveled and despite the juggernaut of this country’s legal system, I still have faith that Justice prevails and Good triumphs evil in the end.
