Short Title: This section provides the name of the act.

Section 2

Issue of Rs. 3,59,48,89,000 Out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Gujarat for the Year 1968-69: This section authorizes the government to withdraw specific sums from the Consolidated Fund.

Section 3

Appropriation: This section states that the amounts withdrawn shall be appropriated for the services and purposes specified in the schedule attached to the act​
