21. Communication to the State Bank of Hyderabad :- Any application to, or any tender or communication intended to be received by the Bank must be addressed to the Manager, the State Bank of Hyderabad, Pathergatti (Hyderabad) or Secunderabad or any other officer authorised by him in this behalf.
