13. Savings. - Save as provided in section 11, nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect the operation of the provisions of the Constitution of India in relation to the determination of the condition of service of persons serving in connection with the affairs of the State of [Karnataka] [Substituted by Act 40 of 1976 and by Act 25 of 1982 w.e.f. 11.4.1974.].
