(1) The Court shall meet at least thrice in a financial year, other 

than for convocation, on date to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. One of such meetings shall be held before March and shall be called the Annual Meeting. The Court may also meet at such other times as it may, from time to time, decide. (2) One-third of the total number of members of the Court plus one shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Court: Provided that such quorum shall not be required at a convocation. (3) The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than one-third of the total number of members of the Court, convene a meeting of the Court. A meeting on such requisition shall be held within fifteen days of the, receipt of the requisition by the Vice-Chancellor.
