Section 2 of Delhi Excise Beer Bottles Rules, 1943

RULE :- Excise bottles shall not be used for any purpose except for the bottling of spirit in accordance with a licence granted under the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, as extended to the Union Territory of Delhi.
