RULE :- The possession or storage of more than twenty excise bottles is prohibited save to a distillery in the Punjab, a licensed vendor of foreign liquor or to the authorised agent of a distillery subject to any general or special order which may be passed in this connection by the Lt. Governor. No licensed vendor or authorized agent of a distillery may store or possess more than five hundred dozen excise bottles at any one time, provided that if a rationing scheme is in force, no licensed vendor may store at any time bottles in excess of the number required to contain his monthly quota of liquor under that scheme.
