Chhattisgarh Entertainment Duty And Advertisement Tax Act, 2004

Section 1

Short title and commencement:-

This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Entertainment Duty and Advertisement Tax Act, 2004 . It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Section 2

Amendment of Section 3:- Section 3-C of the Chhattisgarh Entertainment Duty and Advertisement Tax Act, 1936 shall be omitted.

Section 3

Repeal:- Chhattisgarh Entertainment Duty and Advertisement Tax Ordinance, 2004 is hereby repealed.
