10. Power To Exempt:- The Government may, by order in writing exempt, subject to such conditions as it may impose, any cinematograph exhibition or class of cinematograph exhibitions as also the premises or site used or intended to be used for cinematograph exhibition from any of the provisions of this Act or of any rules made thereunder.
