Section 15 of Municipal Corporation Of Hyderabad Rules, 1978

Procedure to be followed by registration officer :- The registration officer also shall-- (a) maintain in duplicate the three lists in Forms 12, 13 and 14 entering thereon the particulars of every claim or objection as and when it is received by him whether directly under rule 13 or on being forwarded under rule 14, and (b) keep exhibited one copy of each such list on a notice board in his office.
