Section 1 of Bombay Public Trusts Registration Act, 1935

1. Short title, extent and operation :- (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Public Trusts Registration Act, 1935. (2) It extends to the Bombay area of the State of Gujarat. (3) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that this Act shall come into force on such date as may be appointed in the notification.
