RULE:- These rules may be cited as the Delhi Excise Bottles Rules and shall come into force on the 1st November, 1943. In these rules "excise bottle" means a Punjab excise bottle as approved by the Financial Commissioner in the Punjab and or by the Lt. Governor of Delhi.
