Section 1 of Haryana Cinemas Act, 1952
1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement:- This Act may be called the Haryana Cinemas Act, 1952. It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana. It shall be deemed to have come into force on 28th of July, 1952.
