Section 1 of Karnataka Public Libraries Rules, 1966

Title and commencement :-
(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Public Libraries
(Constitution of Library Authorities) Rules, 1966.
(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the First day
of April, 1966.
