22. Suspension and Disciplinary Proceedings :- (1) Subject to the provisions of these Rules, the provisions contained in the Kerala Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, for the time being in force, relating to the suspension of and disciplinary proceedings against a Government servant, shall apply mutatis mutandis to suspension of and disciplinary proceedings against a member of the Service. (2) All references to the Government in the Rules mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be treated as references to the Chief Justice. (3) If any difficulty arises in applying any part of the Rules mentioned in sub-rule (1) in the case of a member of the Service, the Chief Justice may from time to time issue such orders as are necessary for the removal of the difficulty.
