Section 32 of Kerala High Court Service Rules, 2007

32. Power of Chief Justice to review :- Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules, the Chief Justice may, on his own motion or otherwise, review any order passed by himself or revise any order passed by the Registrar General: Provided that no penalty may be imposed or enhanced except under and in accordance with the provisions contained in the Kerala Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules for the time being in force with regard to the imposition or enhancement of penalties in review.
