Section 46 of Rajasthan Transparency In Public Procurement Rules, 2013

Pre-bid clarifications. - Subject to the provisions contained in section 22, the procuring entity ma y convene a pre-bid conference of the bidders and shall prepare minutes of the meeting containing the requests submitted at the meeting for clarification of the bidding documents and its responses to those requests, without identifying the person, who made the requests. The minutes and response under sub-section (3) of section 22, if any, shall be provided promptly to all bidders to which the procuring entity provided the bidding documents, so as to enable those bidders to take the minutes into account in preparing their bids, and shall be published on the State Public Procurement Portal.
