Section 5 of Gujarat Maritime Board Employees Regulations, 1985

Transfer of the balance. :- On the establishment of the fund under the regulation, the balance, if any standing to the credit of an employee in the General Provident Fund constituted under the Bombay General Provident Fund Rules shall be credited to the account of the employees under the Fund constituted under these regulations.
