Section 6 of Karnataka Cattle Trespass Rules, 1971

Declaration regarding ownership of cattle.- The declaration regarding ownership which the owner of the impounded cattle or his agent, is required to make before the impounded cattle is released by the poundkeeper, shall be in Form 4. The declaration referred to under sub-rule shall be made in the presence of the pound-keeper and shall be attested by two witnesses.
