Section 7 of Municipal Corporation Of Hyderabad Rules, 1978

Information to be supplied by occupant of dwelling houses :- The registration officer may, for the purpose of preparing the roll, send letters of request in Form 5 to the occupants of dwelling houses in the division or any part thereof; and every person receiving any such letter shall furnish the information called for therein to the best of his ability.
